Information Systems and Technology Graduate

We are seeking a talented and motivated graduate to join our team as an Information Systems and Technology Graduate. This role will provide opportunities for growth and exposure to various aspects of our business, including application support, data integration, and software development.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and global peers to implement applications and data exchanges in accordance with our standards. They will also contribute to the development of dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Support: Provide frontline application support for a large portfolio of applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing fixes.
  • Data Integration: Assist in the planning, deployment, and support of data integration strategies, including installing and maintaining software from approved suites.
  • Software Development: Develop Windows and web-based applications and utilities to automate business activities, using languages such as C#/.NET and/or PowerShell.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Create and maintain dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Applicants must have (or be about to complete) a Bachelor's degree at an accredited university within the last 12 months.
  • Australian Citizenship: Be an Australian citizen or have the right to permanently work and remain in Australia without sponsorship.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc. Some knowledge of relational database design and querying using SQL, as well as software development experience with C#/.NET and/or PowerShell.
