Job Title: Floor Operations Manager


We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily running of our perioperative unit. As Floor Operations Manager, you will be responsible for staff allocation and direction, patient care coordination, and monitoring efficiencies within the unit.


The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of staff allocation and direction
  • Patient care coordination through sharing of information with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring efficiencies within the unit

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Ability to multitask and work well within limited timeframes
