Position Summary
The Logistics Manager plays a critical role in the operational success of our facility, overseeing logistics operations and ensuring optimal functioning of food and beverage services, cleaning operations, security staff, and compliance framework. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, staff management, and collaborative process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Lead the operations of food, beverage, and cleaning departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Policy Compliance and Improvement: Monitor and enforce adherence to all operational policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing them.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain and foster productive relationships with external partners to ensure aligned and efficient operational practices.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and address any operational issues, implementing long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.
