Job Title: Aged Care Healthcare Professional

We are seeking experienced and qualified healthcare professionals to support our residents in a state-of-the-art aged care residence.

Our goal is to provide dignified, safe, and independent care for our residents while promoting their health and well-being.

Key Requirements:
  • Empathy and understanding of the values and ethos of providing quality aged care
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
  • Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
  • Experience in assessments and developing care plans
