We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payments and Receipts Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Handle customer payments and respond to related inquiries
  • Reconcile daily receipts and banking transactions with attention to detail
  • Manage filing, archiving, and daily email correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain and update financial procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience using Technology One or similar software systems
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required for this position
  • Strong analytical skills and data entry accuracy are essential
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of productivity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary to build strong relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals and objectives
Benefits:
  • Full-time hours with flexible start and finish times between 8:00am-6:00pm once settled
  • Flexible working arrangements including two days WFH per week once settled
