  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute actively to the education program in the room and centre team, leveraging your expertise to enhance the overall experience.
  • Supervise and engage children at all times, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all stakeholders, adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
  • Support ongoing continuous improvement through reflective practice and collaboration with the team.
Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification and a current NSW Working with Children Check. Additionally, flexibility between Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm, is essential for success.
