We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Aquatic Educator to deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to students of all ages.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to implement the GRALC Learn to Swim program in a safe and friendly manner, while participating in relevant training opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering engaging swimming and water safety lessons
- Participating in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a love for swimming in each student, while promoting their personal growth and development.
Requirements- Strong passion for swimming and ability to share that enthusiasm with students
- Flexibility with scheduling, including mornings, afternoons, weekdays, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR certification and Working with Children Check Clearance Number
