Product Visionary
As a Product Visionary, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy, guiding delivery squads, and driving customer and commercial value through innovative, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives using customer insights and evidence-based data.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Lead a cross-functional squad and provide guidance across the wider organization, embodying product excellence.
- Customer Insights & Analysis: Identify emerging customer needs, analyze opportunities, and advocate for enhancements that improve experience and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple business areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product ownership principles.
- Proven experience in roadmap creation, user story development, and product design.
