Early Childhood Educator Career

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational journey of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and centre policies
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program and centre team
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture

To be eligible for this role, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. You must also have:

  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early childhood education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against COVID-19 - three doses
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella & Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or willing to obtain
