About the Role

As Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to uphold high service and safety standards.

You will provide guidance during daily operations, acting as chief warden when required. You will handle multiple stakeholders and interactions with respect and diplomacy while maintaining vigilance over assets.

You will lead security operations for events in line with policies and procedures. You will work with Security Officers and Control Room Operators to provide effective security and customer service.

Required Skills & Experience

We require 2-4 years' experience in event security. A NSW Security License 1A, First Aid Certificate, Advanced CPR and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate are also necessary.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, commitment to your career and passion for results are essential. Strong communication skills and resilience are also required.
