Acute Dialysis Unit Lead Nurse

Alfred Health seeks a skilled nurse to manage and coordinate patient care in the acute dialysis unit. This senior nursing leadership role involves developing staff, managing resources, and improving patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Managing clinical risk and implementing safety protocols to prevent adverse events.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Master's level qualification or working towards completion of units to graduate certificate level.
- Recent extensive clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
