The role requires a visionary leader to oversee the management and development of our key community venues, ensuring high-quality services are delivered across multiple sites. As a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset, you'll lead a large community-facing team providing outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the management and continuous improvement of community, library, and recreational venues
- Developing and operating budgets with a focus on revenue opportunities and business development
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality services and programs that meet diverse community needs
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with significant senior management experience leading the effective management of community and cultural venues
- Class C Drivers License
