Job Description
As a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping older members of our community maintain their independence and wellbeing.
Care Workers are sought to provide high-quality care and support to clients with diverse needs, including those requiring assistance with mobility and therapy goals, as well as individuals living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with complex care needs through skilled assistance and guidance
- Provide social and emotional support to clients and their families
- Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Able to build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday challenges
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
