Graduate Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer to join our Industrialisation team for the X'trapolis 2.0 project in Ballarat. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and validating the detailed manufacturing process, performing industrial documentation, and setting the manufacturing method time.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Industrialisation team to improve product manufacturability and support manufacturing
- Participate in product design reviews and estimate method time
- Request tooling and write tooling specifications
- Perform work station task sequencing and validate product design and industrialization
- Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Routings, Work Instructions, and tooling
- Engineering degree required
- Develop as methods or process or industrial engineer
- Team player with a keen interest in working with a global rail organisation
