Regulatory Manager Role

This key position plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality early childhood education and care services across Queensland.

The Regulatory Manager will lead the licensing team, providing strategic direction and guidance on regulatory matters. This includes making complex decisions, offering advice to senior management, and overseeing recommendations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a regulator or decision maker, with excellent communication and time management skills. They will be able to identify risks and emerging issues, provide advice and solutions, and manage complex matters.

The Regulatory Manager reports to the Director, Regulation and is responsible for implementing consistent, transparent, and robust regulatory practices. They will oversee the development of innovative solutions, drive operational planning, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate exceptional leadership and regulatory expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of good administrative decision-making principles and the ability to apply risk-based frameworks.
