Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Conservation Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team. The successful applicant will have a strong focus on natural resource management and a proven track record of developing and implementing programs to improve biodiversity education outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs, displays, activities, and education materials to improve biodiversity education outcomes
  • Provide technical support and advice on natural resource management issues, including natural areas, pest and weed management
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve environmental conservation goals

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent experience in Natural Resource Management/Environmental Science or similar
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of natural resource management and biodiversity issues
  • Ability to write analytical and logical reports drawing justified conclusions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
