**About the role**

Working from the Singleton ADF base in NSW, you will be working set hours between 7.30am to 3.30pm.

You will support our Rehabilitation Consultants with medical administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured ADF personnel including:

- Managing and booking medical appointments
- Updating and maintaining medical records
- Coordinating invoices and budgets
- Coordinating case management documentation and reporting
