- We are seeking a customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely assistance to clients, prospects, or vendors via phone or in-person.
- Troubleshoot issues related to online and mobile banking services.
- Process client requests accurately and efficiently, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Perform basic financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and advances.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in a similar role, preferably in a commercial banking setting.
- Previous experience handling cash transactions is required.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
