About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Sales Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our footprint within the Atlassian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new leads within the target market aligned with your assigned territory or vertical.
  • Deeply understand Atlassian products and services, along with complementary solutions from our partners, to develop and present customized solutions that address clients' unique business challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their pain points and objectives, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create compelling and competitive proposals that articulate the value proposition and demonstrate the ROI of your proposed solutions.
  • Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Atlassian product roadmap to inform your sales strategies.
  • Work closely with your colleagues in technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagements and successful project implementations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a solutions sales role, preferably within the IT consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Atlassian suite of products and services (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.).
  • Experience selling complementary solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem, or competitive platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Competency in the typical back office support tools and CRM software associated with sales environments and global asynchronous communication.
