Community Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Community Sales Specialist. This role will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value to make informed choices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by speaking directly to our customers and educating them on the latest Apple products and services.
  • Empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
  • Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work a regular schedule of Wednesday to Sundays at our partner stores.
  • Reliability in attending work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

  • Deep understanding of customer business needs, challenges, and concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills, actively listening and discussing possibilities with customers and teammates.
