About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Horticulture Team Lead to join our team at Kemps Creek. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee all aspects of site management, including scheduling, resource allocation, client communication, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient execution of garden maintenance contracts.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities in line with client specifications and seasonal requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify maintenance needs and develop work plans.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for enhancing the aesthetic appeal and health of their gardens.
  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to support operational activities.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Valid White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
