Key Infrastructure Planner Role

Foundation Contracting is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Planner to provide specialist planning expertise in the delivery of strategic infrastructure planning services.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure planning projects. As a Principal Strategic Infrastructure Planner, you will be responsible for providing expert technical oversight and direction to team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on strategic infrastructure planning in accordance with legislative, policy, and business requirements.
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale and complex infrastructure planning projects.
  • Develop and implement key policy directions around strategic land use planning.
  • Support the development of team capability to drive high performance, continuous improvement, and customer-focused culture.
  • Build high-level relationships across a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering, urban planning or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in strategic infrastructure planning, including cost-effective and holistic community outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
