  • Oversee various horticultural tasks including hedging, pruning, trimming, weeding, mowing, edging, and spraying to maintain high-quality outdoor spaces.
  • Monitor and control task progression to guarantee efficiency and timeliness.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among team members.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in horticulture with proven leadership or crew management abilities.
  • A genuine passion for horticulture and maintaining beautiful gardens.
  • Superior organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead by example.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and proficiency in driving a manual vehicle and towing a trailer.
  • Willingness to obtain required certifications such as a Police check and Working with Children Certificate.
