Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $32.18 per hour, including casual loading, with applicable penalties for weekends and late nights. This rate is competitive within the retail industry and reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and experience.

Job Description

As a Luxury Christmas Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional and personalized service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Genuine customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Results-oriented approach and a love for selling.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.

Additionally, Christmas Casual fixed-term contracts will end on or before January 19th, but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
