We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed our brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, with a strong focus on sales and customer service. You will be confident in your ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and showcase our stunning collections with passion and expertise.

You will also be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to a fun, high-performing culture. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our brand values and product offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising displays are maintained at the highest standard.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and stock handling.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, late nights, and key trading periods.
  • Availability for training and development opportunities.
