About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide career guidance and support to Australian Defence Force (ADF) members transitioning from military to civilian life through The Busy Group's Australian Defence Force – Transition Support Services. The goal is to assist eligible ADF members in securing meaningful employment or engagement upon transition, thereby enhancing their financial security and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver work readiness and employability skills training programs
  • Engage clients in relevant and dynamic learning experiences
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for clients
  • Provide career coaching and support to ADF members
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized career plans
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the employment services industry or community services sector
  • Cert IV in Career Development or similar qualification
  • Minimum 4 years full-time ADF service in the preceding 5 years
  • Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
  • Open drivers license
