As a Behavioural Coach Specialist at Everyday Independence, you will be working in partnership with our participants to develop greater independence and achieve their full potential.

About The Role

You will be supporting NDIS participants in Northern Brisbane and surrounding areas, working at participant's homes or community locations, and playing a vital part in enabling participants to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement therapy plans provided by primary therapists
  • Support participants in developing healthy habits and promoting independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • University degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year)
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification with experience in similar roles
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, emotional intelligence, and empathy
  • Valid Australian driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
