Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology infrastructure projects in a data center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver high-impact technology infrastructure projects that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive project success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Proven experience in managing direct reports in team sizes of 3 or greater in data center or other mission-critical environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
  • Master's degree or advanced professional degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced professional certification in management of complex, technology infrastructure projects.
  • 3+ years of relevant data center engineering work experience.
  • Experience in managing data center controls deployments.
  • Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies.
  • Experience of leading matrixed teams and individuals across multiple locations.
  • Well-organized and able to work effectively under time pressure.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.
