Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Sydney-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Go development and experience with high-frequency trading systems, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and AWS.

The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain backend services that power our DeFi applications, collaborating closely with our engineering team and CTO to define system architecture and drive performance improvements.

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using Go.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to define system architecture and drive performance improvements.
  • Work on high-frequency trading systems aiming for sub-second latency and high throughput.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Go (Golang) development.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and AWS.
  • Proficiency with SQL/Redis databases.
  • Understanding of high-frequency trading concepts; bonus for experience with matching engines and low-latency architectures.
