Blockchain Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our blockchain engineering teams, responsible for driving success through agile engineering teams and ensuring they meet their objectives by delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of agile engineering teams specializing in blockchain technologies.
  • Design, build, and maintain blockchain APIs and user-facing decentralized applications (dApps), services, and systems that facilitate seamless interaction with stablecoins and other crypto assets.
  • Provide technical and architectural direction for the development of blockchain solutions, guiding the design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our decentralized platforms to ensure scalability and security.
  • Lead agile methodologies tailored for blockchain engineering teams and introduce industry best practices focused on smart contract development, decentralized finance (DeFi), and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with software engineering.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on technical management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable products and services.
  • Experience in managing remote teams.
