We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting our store team in achieving sales targets, maintaining a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail management or leadership experience with a focus on customer service.
  • Leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, including visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with WHS programs.
  • Mechanical experience is a plus but not required.

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and create a positive work environment. You will be responsible for leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing your team's skills and knowledge.
