Job Overview

The role of Senior Logistics Coordinator involves supporting a high-performing team in delivering advanced solutions to customers in the intelligence and security communities. The position is contingent upon contract award and may require on-site presence in Alice Springs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains detailed records of all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Ensures accurate cataloguing of material and equipment using standardized nomenclature within automated systems to enhance tracking and reordering processes.
  • Conducts regular stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.
  • Develops and maintains a critical spares inventory of essential parts for mission activities.

Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must have a Secret Clearance.
  • Must have at least five years of logistics experience on large contracts.
  • Must have a minimum of seven years of MILAR Cargo experience.
  • Must possess one of the following certifications: USAF Hazardous Materials Preparer LCAZP2T051, Navy Supply Corps School TRANS HAZMAT Course, or Defense Ammunition Training Center AMMO-62 course.
  • Must have experience with USAF GATES and GDSS.
  • Must have expertise in building L463L Pallets.
  • Location: This role will be based in Alice Springs and requires 100% on-site presence.
