Your Role: Housekeeping Services Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large and diverse team by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the department. You will be responsible for effective supervision, training, and team member engagement to drive excellence in guest satisfaction.

You will ensure that all relevant guest information is shared with the team, supporting them during peak periods, performing room spot checks, and resolving guest concerns using a pleasant and diplomatic approach.

  • Monitor and report maintenance requests where required.
We're Looking For
  • Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Property Management System Opera experience desirable.
  • Passion for hospitality with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster.
About This Opportunity

This role is pivotal in shaping the success of our hotel operations at the Star Sydney. As an experienced supervisor in a five-star property or integrated resort, you will bring a collaborative mindset and thrive in a team environment. Your understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements will enable you to embed these principles into your work.

Salary Range: AU$65,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience
