About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) or Intensive Therapeutic Care Significant Disability (ITC-SD) model. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to achieve their personal goals, build their resilience, and navigate complex emotions and triggers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people to achieve personal goals and build their resilience
  • Assist children and young people to navigate complex emotions and triggers
  • Support connection to family and culture
  • Encourage and aid participation in education and extracurricular activities
  • Transport and daily care as required
