The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OOSH Educator to join our team at the Batemans Bay Out of School Hours Centre. As an OOSH Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging recreational activities, assisting with menu planning and preparation, and providing exceptional customer service to families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement daily activities that promote social learning and skill development in children aged 5-12 years.
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns from families in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
