Technical Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join our team for set-up work at a client site in Truganina. The role offers rotational 10hr shifts with day, afternoon, and night shifts available.

The position involves operating machinery to meet production standards while ensuring the safe working order of equipment. Key duties include machine setup and dismantle, inspecting die forms and inks, flagging non-confirming tooling, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements for the position include excellent communication and organisational skills, computer literacy, and demonstrated leadership qualities. A Forklift ticket is highly desirable, as is prior fibre packaging industry knowledge.

Applicants should hold a Fitter qualification and have at least 3 years of experience. An EWP ticket and Certificate III Engineering are also essential requirements. Recycling industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

This full-time, permanent position offers competitive pay rates, including $31.56 per hour, with overtime and penalties paid accordingly. The role requires individuals to be flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

  • Machine setup and dismantle
