Job Summary

Oversee Plans of Management Development and Implementation

This key role involves leading the development, updating, and implementation of plans for Council-managed Crown Land and community-classified land. The position requires strong research, analysis, and review skills to understand site permissibility, characteristics, population changes, and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation of plans for community land and Crown Land under Council's management
  • Undertake research and analysis to inform plan development
  • Engage with stakeholders to obtain input and feedback on draft documents
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing papers related to plan implementation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in law, land economy, valuation, or planning
  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and administrative skills
