Revenue Analyst and Compliance Specialist

The Salvation Army Donor Services team is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Investigation and Reconciliation Clerk to join our Melbourne head office in Blackburn. This critical role involves timely and accurate investigation, processing, and reconciliation of donations received by the national Fundraising department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate unidentified bank deposits and prepare them for processing.
- Process daily Direct Debit batches accurately and efficiently.
- Handle disputed transactions such as fraudulent, charge backs, and refunds.
- Reconcile bank statements with Blackbaud and payment gateways with bank statements.
- Manage PayPal and third-party platforms effectively.
- Conduct daily examinations, scrutiny, and validation of transactions on all bank accounts connected to Blackbaud CRM.
- Assist with processing electronic files from internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and process online donations nationally.
