Our retail team seeks a skilled Delivery Consultant to deliver exceptional solutions to clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for client satisfaction, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join us.

This role will be responsible for executing a timely and efficient delivery process to our retail and fleet customers, as well as the execution of a seamless and compliant fleet management process.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring consistent and accurate delivery schedules for each site.
  • Processing all payments and invoices with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Managing deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Managing customer enquiries efficiently and professionally escalating any issues to the Delivery Manager.
