About the Role:

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Consultant to join our Sydney team. As a Manager in our Climate Change and Sustainability Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, project manage assurance engagements from start to finish, apply your technical knowledge in leading assurance projects, and grow your expertise in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal and external teams.
  • Project manage assurance engagements, ensuring quality delivery and big-picture thinking.
  • Apply technical knowledge to lead assurance projects and grow your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of international sustainability frameworks, guidelines, and standards, such as ISSB, GRI, SDGs, and TCFD.
  • Familiarity with auditing standards (ISAE and ASAE) and ability to conduct technical analysis.
  • Strong assurance knowledge, including planning, risk assessments, testing, and reporting.

Qualifications:

A tertiary qualification in science, engineering, accounting, or commerce is advantageous. We welcome applications from individuals with relevant experience and skills.

What We Offer:

As an Environmental Sustainability Consultant at KPMG, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
