The RoleWe are seeking a Paediatric Registrar to join our dynamic team at Northern Health. As a Paediatric Registrar, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in general paediatrics and neonatal medicine, working alongside a team of experienced consultants and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Admitting patients from the Emergency Department
- Attending high-risk newborn deliveries
- Reviewing infants on the post-natal ward
- Participating in daily consultant-led outpatient clinics
- Attending regular rostered paediatric and neonatal teaching sessions
- Medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Current National Police and Working with Children History Check
- Completion of the Staff Immunisation Questionnaire
