Key Responsibilities- Support the team by driving performance, hitting goals, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Build and motivate a high-performing team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage administrative tasks, including rosters, stock, and compliance, to maintain efficient and organized operations.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity, welcoming people from all backgrounds and encouraging underrepresented groups to apply.
We offer a competitive salary range of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, as well as quarterly bonuses, extra holiday time, life assurance, free chicken and chips every shift, and 25% staff discount. We also provide gym discounts, cashback opportunities, and wellbeing support.
