We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of new regulations and standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects and working with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

As Program Manager Regulation Implementation, you will be responsible for overseeing the rollout of the new CFA Regulations 2025 and ensuring that CFA operations align with updated standards.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a robust implementation plan, ensuring effective risk management, benefits realization, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a project plan, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing work streams, and conducting a post-implementation evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of policy development and implementation, experience in working with regulatory frameworks and compliance, and highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
