Join Toll's Group Procurement team as a Sourcing and Category Manager to drive the delivery of sourcing and category management activities within Indirect Spend.

This role reports into the Procurement Lead, requiring a self-starter who can work autonomously and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and manage remote relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and deliver an annual sourcing and category indirect management plan for the Group Procurement team.
  • Develop annual and future procurement budgets and deliver savings targets for spend categories.
  • Negotiate and implement arrangements with suppliers that provide maximum value for Toll in the selection of preferred supplier agreements.
  • Ensure any sourcing activity performed follows Toll processes and delivers a transparent and effective sourcing process.
  • Support the establishment of Indirect Spend strategy.
  • Ongoing management of supplier relationships, ensuring any obligations and requirements agreed in commercial arrangements are being measured and managed on behalf of Toll.
  • Lead projects.
Requirements:
  • Ability to document and present options and recommendations to support supplier selection decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and preparation of meaningful reports based on data.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
  • Outcomes-focused with a strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
  • Undergraduate tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., B. Bus) preferred.
  • Professional membership of relevant associations (e.g., CIPS).
