Digital Content Specialist

Are you a skilled content creator with expertise in digital marketing and communications? This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful campaigns that elevate our voice, build trust, and drive real results.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing innovative social media strategies to increase engagement and spark meaningful conversations.
- Crafting compelling content across various channels, from Instagram Reels to community updates.
- Maintaining and enhancing our digital presence across social platforms, website, intranet, and EDMs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to translate complex messages into clear, accessible content.
- Using data to inform strategy and track performance – understanding what works and what doesn't.
- Providing training and support for staff in CMS and brand consistency, as well as troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Supporting corporate advertising, media relations, and content publishing initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media, or relevant experience in a similar field.
- Proven expertise in digital engagement best practices, including managing content calendars and paid campaigns.
- A creative mindset with experience in graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Suite or similar).
- Strong writing skills, with confidence in crafting sharp, on-brand copy for diverse audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
