What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with internal teams to identify and deliver system enhancements
  • Supporting post-implementation success and continuous improvement of TechnologyOne and other core platforms
  • Leading system configuration, workflow automation, and reporting enhancements
  • Ensuring data integrity, improved user experience, and business process alignment
  • Collaborating with the Change Management Specialist to embed solutions and drive adoption
  • Delivering smarter digital processes that improve outcomes for staff and the community
About You

You're a problem-solver at heart — someone who thrives on turning complex challenges into practical, user-friendly solutions. You're confident working across teams, comfortable with systems, and driven by a desire to make things better.

You Bring
  • Experience working with ERP or business systems (TechnologyOne highly regarded)
  • A strong focus on process improvement and digital enablement
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and change support
  • Knowledge of workflow automation, reporting tools, or systems configuration
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for user-focused outcomes
