Digital Enhancement Analyst – Shape the Future of Smarter Services
Wangaratta, VIC | Temporary Full Time until 30 June 2027 | $88,121 per annum + super
- Partnering with internal teams to identify and deliver system enhancements
- Supporting post-implementation success and continuous improvement of TechnologyOne and other core platforms
- Leading system configuration, workflow automation, and reporting enhancements
- Ensuring data integrity, improved user experience, and business process alignment
- Collaborating with the Change Management Specialist to embed solutions and drive adoption
- Delivering smarter digital processes that improve outcomes for staff and the community
You're a problem-solver at heart — someone who thrives on turning complex challenges into practical, user-friendly solutions. You're confident working across teams, comfortable with systems, and driven by a desire to make things better.
You Bring- Experience working with ERP or business systems (TechnologyOne highly regarded)
- A strong focus on process improvement and digital enablement
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and change support
- Knowledge of workflow automation, reporting tools, or systems configuration
- A collaborative approach and a passion for user-focused outcomes
