Key Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of administrators to deliver high-quality services, ensuring excellent customer service for students, staff, and key stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student journey from retention and transition through to graduation and articulation.

Collaborate with academic teams to manage timetabling, subject selection, attendance monitoring, and articulation processes.

Maintain compliance and regulatory standards, contributing to policy development and ensuring accurate reporting.

Strengthen student engagement through events, social media, student representation, and communication with sponsorship bodies.

Drive continuous improvement in customer service using feedback and data to enhance the student and staff experience.

Foster a positive, safe, and supportive workplace culture aligned with the organization's values and commitment to wellbeing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in management and team leadership
  • 1-2 years experience in a student services role working with international students
  • Strong understanding of education sector legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
  • Skilled in policy interpretation, innovation, and leading change
  • High level of computer literacy and familiarity with student management systems
