Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, processes, and corrective action plans to ensure compliance with industry regulations, system policies, Federal Sentencing Guidelines, accreditation standards, and State specific requirements.
  • Lead efforts in implementing, monitoring, and tracking Compliance Program elements for adherence to industry regulations and system policies.
  • Collaborate with management and other personnel to ensure that compliance and privacy initiatives are implemented effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
