About the Electrical Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project manager to oversee a critical electrical upgrade project. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can motivate their team, manage technical challenges, and contribute to the success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed plans and schedules to meet project milestones, including labor, materials, equipment, and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with live environments, ensuring safety protocols are in place at all times.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the work of tradespeople, apprentices, and assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain site safety standards, cleanliness, and adherence to Australian regulations and company policies.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders regarding progress updates, variations, and documentation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily reports, risk assessments, and time sheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • A recognised Electrical Trade Certificate;
  • An Open Driver's Licence;
  • Construction Induction (White Card) certification;
  • CPR & LV Rescue Certification;
  • Previous experience in site supervision or leadership roles;
  • A strong understanding of industry standards, procedures, and safe work practices;
  • A First Aid Certificate (highly desirable);
  • ACMA Communication Licences (highly desirable).
