Job Overview

A critical role within the finance department, responsible for leading and developing a payroll team to ensure seamless financial operations.


Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and implementation of payroll processes to meet business objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of payroll professionals to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in payroll management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business with relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Accurri and SAP S/4 Hana systems with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
